She has developed a Spiritual Formation Certificate Program that offers courses to those who seek to learn more about themselves with the Holy Spirit.  She says it does not matter whether you are new to the Christian faith or have been around for years.  We all can use retooling throughout our walk with the Lord.  Never be discouraged that you may not know something, because the purpose is to help one another in our spiritual journey.  Therefore, we do not judge or criticize the lack of knowledge or understanding.  We encourage and lift each other up in the name of Jesus, to be a part of His Glory.  She believes the Holy Spirit will transform your character and help you discern His presence, giving you the power to be who God created you to be with an intentional mindset to change.

She facilitates a virtual book club, Be You, Be Truewhich inspires, motivates, and cultivates women to rekindle their spirits.  She awards the Be Empowered Scholarship to graduating seniors continuing with higher education to prepare the next generation of young ladies to become empowered, independent, and authentic women.  Through her Be Blessed Project, she provides non-perishable food, clothing, and other items to those in need.  She says it can be challenging for those with limited income or who are homeless to obtain these items.

She is a cancer survivor and provides Be Hopeful and Heal to help other cancer survivors and women currently in treatment cope and move beyond their diagnosis.

She is a photographer capturing God's creation through Beauty Within the Lens and writing encouraging words #LaShonnaDysonQuote to bring positivity to a person's life.
